Right Sharing of World Resources provides seed grants to small grassroots organizations to implement women-led, income-generating projects.
We fund grants to groups in Sierra Leone, and parts of Kenya, and south India. Organizations must be small, with little or no access to other funds. Additionally, they should be under 20 years old. For more information about specific requirements for each of the three countries where we work, please click on “Proposal Criteria and Guidelines” below. You will be directed to more detailed information about each country.

Featured Beneficiary
Eppiness Uside
Eppiness Uside is the Chairwoman of the Makomo Friends Youth Group, a group of young adult Friends that received an RSWR grant in Spring 2016. Eppiness used her initial $50 loan to buy chickens so she could sell their eggs. The business did so well, she was able to pay back her first loan quickly, and then she received a second loan of $100 to expand her chicken business. After that was repaid, she received a $200 loan to open a food kiosk! She now runs both of the businesses and they continue to grow, and is proud of her hard work and successes.
